About our calculators
Questions about a price? Call 01 270 9764 and we’ll talk it through.
Are the calculators free?
Yes. There's no sign-up and nothing to download. You get a cost range straight away, and you only hear from us if you choose to send the estimate or book a call-out.
Where do the prices come from?
From 2026 Irish build rates, with separate figures for Dublin and the rest of Ireland. They are the same figures we use in our cost guides.
Do the estimates include VAT?
Yes, the construction costs include VAT at 13.5%. Professional fees and contingency are shown separately where they apply, so you can see what makes up the total.
Is the estimate the price I'll pay?
No. It's a budget range to plan with. Ground conditions, drains and the condition of the existing house only show up on a visit, so the price you pay comes from a written quote after a free call-out.
