Design & Consultation
We visit your home to discuss your vision, assess the existing bathroom layout, and take accurate measurements. Our team advises on the best use of space, fixture placement, and tile selection, and ensures full building regulations compliance from the outset.

Strip Out & Preparation
Before any new work begins, we carefully strip out the existing bathroom, removing all fixtures, fittings, and tiles. We inspect the underlying structure, address any damp or plumbing issues, and prepare the space properly so your new bathroom is built on solid foundations.

Building & Fit Out
With preparation complete, our team gets to work. We manage and coordinate all trades on site, including plumbers, tilers, electricians, and plasterers. From new pipework and waterproofing to wall and floor tiling, sanitaryware installation, and lighting fit-out, every stage is handled by us.

Final Inspection & Handover
