Tile samples, fixture mood-boards, and layout options presented. Client approves full spec before any work begins.

Renovation & Installation
Demolition, waterproofing, and all pipework repositioned. Large-format tiles set and grouted. Shower enclosure, vanity, and accessories installed and commissioned.

Final Touches & Handover
Full snagging walkthrough with the client. Any minor items addressed same day. Professional clean before handover.
